Painting Reproductions and other copywork: $400 up + reasonable expenses if any, delivery and pickup FOB my location (10 minutes from Calgary Airport). (film/processing is not normally considered an expense) 

Day shots such as architectural or landscape $1500 + reasonable expenses.

If you care about techie camera issues (most don't!): Much professional work can be done best with fast, flexible35mm cameras. But other work (magazine covers, advertising photography) often requires larger image size. I work in a combination of a 35 mm camera and a 4x5 (huge!) camera. But it is NOT the camera that takes the good pictures. Peter has taken exquisite pictures with point & shoot cameras, with old fully manual cameras. Indeed, although the "fancy" equipment Peter usually uses makes it easier, and gives more options, ask to see some samples of work that were done without any of the fancy setup or equipment - a couple are (unmarked) in the galleries.
